Estoy en contra de la vigilancia masiva activa, pero pasiva tiene sus cosas buenas. Debería quedarse en registros cerrados a menos que haya una investigación por algo de gravedad.

Serían cerrados hasta que ocurra la inevitable filtración masiva de datos o alguien con autoridad quiere meterse para uso personal.
